Peter Becker Community Welcomes New Chief Operating Officer

Management Pathways was honored to partner with Peter Becker Community in Harleysville, PA, to conduct the search for their new Chief Operating Officer (COO). We extend our congratulations to Lora Gomboc, a passionate and accomplished leader who brings more than 25 years of experience in aging services. Lora is licensed as both a Nursing Home Administrator and a Personal Care Home Administrator, and she holds a master’s degree in health care administration from Penn State University. Most recently, she served as Director of Health Services and Executive Director at a highly regarded Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).
