PLAN of PA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that serves as the Corporate Fiduciary of a Special Needs Trust and provides Care Management services for people with intellectual disabilities, behavioral health diagnoses, mental illness, and physical disabilities. PLAN of PA (Planned Lifetime Assistance Network of Pennsylvania) is affiliated with National PLAN Alliance (NPA). NPA is the only non-profit organization in America dedicated solely to meeting the planning needs of families with adult children having lifelong disabilities.
