Family Medicine Physician Joins CVIM

Management Pathways was thrilled to partner with Community Volunteers in Medicine (CVIM) in West Chester, PA to conduct the search for a Family Medicine Physician to join their medical team.Â
Congratulations to Amy Holland, MD, MA, a highly accomplished physician who brings a passion for providing primary care to underserved communities. Dr. Holland is bi-lingual in English and Spanish. She most recently served on the medical staff at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Holland graduated from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD with a BA in Public Health Studies and obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She also earned a Master of Arts in Urban Bioethics at Temple. Dr. Holland completed her Family Medicine Residency at University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA and subsequently served as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Family Medicine and Community Health at Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.   Â
Community Volunteers in Medicine (CVIM) was founded in 1998 to provide healthcare, hope and healing to local uninsured working adults and their children. CVIM has treated thousands of patients since its opening and last year cared for nearly 5,000 patients during 45,672 visits. About 70% of patients are native Spanish language speakers.
CVIM offers a comprehensive care model, where all services are offered and integrated at the same Healthcare Center located in the heart of Chester County. Primary care, specialty services, dental care, mental health treatment, medications, health education, and social services are all provided in a coordinated effort to treat the overall wellbeing of each patient. CVIM partners with Penn Medicine Chester County Hospital and Main Line Health Paoli Hospital through their Charity Care Programs to provide diagnostic imaging, lab tests, and advanced care to patients.
